Here is a post by a colleague, Max Belkin, a fourth year candidate at the William Alanson White Institute in New York, that I really enjoyed.  It very much reflects the way I think about intimacy and couples.  I like the frankness with which it discusses anger as a part of relationships.  The idea of sharing anger and hurt constructively in order to be able to experience more intimacy is central to the couples work I do.
